If your one of your tyres is losing pressure then there could be a number of reasons for this to happen. The most common one is that you have got a puncture in the tyre. This may be something as small as a tack or a nail but can cause quick air lose especially if it is being driven on. If the puncture is within the central ¾ of the tyre then this should be able to be repaired for approximately £15 but if it is on the outer side close to the tyre wall then it is considered an unsafe and unreliable repair. The other reasons for loss in pressure include, damaged valves or damaged seals. When a new tyre is fitted the tyre should have anew valve put on it. If the valve is damaged or fault then it may start to lose air that way, this is only usually diagnosed if you submerge the wheel under water.

If the tyre is not sealing round the wheel properly then you will probably need the beading redone. This is a fairly easy job to do and as long as there is no other damage or excessive wear on the tyre is worthwhile getting done.
